Transitioning to Employment - A Different Brilliant Podcast

Updated: Oct 21, 2022

We were excited to take part in a fantastic discussion on employment for autistic adults, with the excellent Orion Kelly.

Orion is autistic and has experienced a tough time with his own employment over the years. He led a really important conversation about the importance of empowering workplaces to be better equipped to meet autistic employees' needs.

This includes adaptations to recruitment, interviewing and management processes, and a better understanding of different communications styles.

All essential to allow autistic people to thrive in a truly neurodiverse workplace.
